Panchakarma Detoxification & Wellness Yoga Programme

This programme offers a traditional Ayurvedic approach to detoxification, supported by daily Yoga practice. It is designed for those seeking a structured method to cleanse the body, restore balance, and improve overall wellbeing.

The programme is guided by qualified Ayurvedic doctors and experienced therapists, following classical Panchakarma principles.

Panchakarma is a classical Ayurvedic system of purification that helps remove toxins, improve digestion, and support the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

It is not a single treatment, but a process that includes preparation, cleansing therapies, and post-treatment care.

• Ayurvedic consultation and assessment
• Daily Panchakarma therapies
• Herbal preparations as prescribed
• Guided Yoga sessions (asana, pranayama, relaxation)
• Ayurvedic meals during the programme
• Ongoing monitoring by therapists

Each participant undergoes:

• Initial consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor
• Personalised treatment plan based on constitution
• Daily therapies scheduled over the programme duration
• Dietary guidance and supervised meals
• Rest and observation periods

Yoga sessions are included to support physical and mental balance.

• Individuals experiencing fatigue or low energy
• Those with digestive or metabolic imbalance
• Individuals seeking structured detoxification
• Those interested in Ayurveda and traditional healing

If you wish to cancel your registration before the start of the course, the original payment will be refunded less:

• $150 CAD (more than 3 months from course start date)
• $200 CAD (less than 3 months from course start date)
• If you contact us before the course begins in order to transfer to another teacher training course, a $300 CAD administration fee will be charged. Some restrictions may apply, and this change can only be done once.

Once the course starts:

• If you do not show up and do not contact us, no refund will be issued.
• If you decide to leave during the first 5 days of the course, we will refund your original payment less an administration fee of 25%.
• No refunds will be issued after the 5th day of the course.
• Students leaving the course before completion, are required to return manual and uniforms.
• Full refund of the course fee paid will only be granted where SYVC has had to cancel the course / programme.
