Meditation Demystified is a five day introductory course that places meditation clearly in the Yogic tradition and makes it accessible for modern life. The sessions combine clear explanation, guided practice, and space for questions, so that participants can understand and experience meditation in a simple and steady way.
This course is lead by Prahlada, Acharya of Sivananda India and direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda, with over forty years of teaching experience in the Sivananda Yoga tradition.

About the teacher
Prahlada is Acharya of Sivananda India and a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda. He has over forty years of teaching experience in the Sivananda Yoga tradition. He has guided thousands of students in asana, pranayama, meditation and Yoga philosophy in India and abroad. His teaching is simple, steady and rooted in traditional practice.
